How Highrise Started

Highrise Service Group started in May 2020, shortly after the beginning of the pandemic. The original idea was to create a one-stop service company for people living in Ottawa’s growing apartment and condo communities.

The plan included cleaning, dog walking, laundry services, auto detailing, and other helpful services for busy condo and apartment residents.

Cleaning launched first because it was the service we knew best. Other services were planned to be handled through third-party companies and contractors, but during COVID they became too difficult to launch properly.

The cleaning side quickly became the main focus, and over time, Highrise Service Group became known for what we did best: cleaning.

Why Clean4Condos?

Ottawa has thousands of cleaning companies, and many offer similar general cleaning services. From the beginning, we wanted to do something more focused.

Apartments and condos come with their own challenges: parking, building access, security, elevators, supplies, and building rules. Many cleaning companies avoid this type of work because it can be more complicated than cleaning a traditional house.

That is why the name Clean4Condos makes sense. It clearly explains who we are focused on and what our service is designed for: modern apartment and condo living in Ottawa.
