Our standard cleaning is designed for regular upkeep and includes cleaning bathrooms, wiping kitchen surfaces, exterior appliance cleaning, dusting accessible areas, vacuuming, mopping, and general tidying of main living spaces.
A standard cleaning is best for homes that are already in fairly good condition and need routine maintenance. A deep cleaning is recommended for first-time visits, homes that have gone longer between cleanings, or spaces that need extra attention in bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas.
No, you do not need to be home as long as we have a secure way to access the unit. Many of our clients provide entry instructions ahead of time so they can come home to a fresh, clean space.
