Prepare the Bathroom

Review job notes, put on gloves if needed, remove garbage, move small items carefully, and check for any damage before cleaning.

Apply Products First

Apply bathroom cleaner to the toilet, sink, tub, shower, and other appropriate surfaces. Let products sit as directed on the label.

Clean Top to Bottom

Dust vents, lights, shelves, mirrors, counters, fixtures, toilet, tub/shower, baseboards, and floors.

Details Matter

Pay attention to hair, toothpaste, soap buildup, fingerprints, water spots, corners, behind the toilet, and around faucets.

Final Check

Make sure the bathroom smells fresh, surfaces are dry where appropriate, garbage is replaced, and items are returned neatly.

Start with a Room Check

Check job notes, look for delicate items, valuables, clutter, or anything that should not be moved.

Dust High to Low

Dust furniture, shelves, lamps, window sills, baseboards, and reachable surfaces.

Make the Bed if Included

Make or straighten the bed if included in the service. Do not change linens unless the job notes say to do so.

Clean Mirrors and Touchpoints

Clean mirrors, door handles, light switches, and other visible fingerprints or marks.

Floors Last

Vacuum or mop floors as required, including corners and under reachable open areas.

Review the Job Notes

Check if inside appliances, dishes, cabinets, or special kitchen tasks are included before starting.

Clear and Organize Surfaces

Move items carefully, clean underneath where reasonable, and return items neatly.

Clean Counters and Sink

Clean counters, backsplash, sink, faucet, small appliance exteriors, and visible food or water marks.

Appliance Exteriors

Clean the outside of the fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and other included appliances.

Final Kitchen Check

Check handles, fingerprints, crumbs, garbage, floors, and make sure the kitchen looks neat and ready to use.

Reset the Space

Review job notes, straighten pillows, blankets, and obvious items where appropriate.

Dust Surfaces

Dust tables, shelves, TV stands, window sills, reachable decor, and other visible surfaces.

Touchpoints and Glass

Clean fingerprints from glass, mirrors, light switches, door handles, and other high-touch areas.

Vacuum Upholstery if Included

Vacuum couches or chairs only if included, requested, or listed in the job notes.

Floors and Final Look

Vacuum or mop floors last and make sure the room looks clean, tidy, and presentable.

Pack Before Leaving

Make sure you have all required supplies, equipment, cloths, chemicals, bags, and tools before leaving for the job.

Check Job Notes

Review Jobber for any special instructions, client-supplied products, parking notes, access details, or special requests.

Keep Supplies Organized

Supplies should be packed neatly, kept clean, and returned to the proper place after each shift.

Report Missing or Low Supplies

If something is missing, damaged, empty, or running low, notify management as soon as possible.

Use Products Safely

Always follow product labels, never mix chemicals, and contact management if you are unsure what product to use.
